As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, competitive physique athlete, and dedicated calisthenics practitioner, he brings a unique blend of expertise in strength training, body transformation, mobility, and functional fitness.

Jeric's credentials include a 2nd Place finish in the WNBF Men's Physique division in 2015, 3rd Place in 2016, Precision Nutrition certifications in nutrition, sleep, and stress management coaching, and an Animal Flow Level 1 Certification. His holistic approach combines personalized training, nutrition guidance, and accountability to help clients achieve sustainable, long-term results.
